Vice President – Corporate Trust Senior Transaction Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President Corporate Trust Senior Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group based in London, UK.
In this role, you will drive strategic impact across highly complex debt capital market transactions, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through closing while serving as a trusted advisor within and outside the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management & Structuring
- Review and oversee highly complex specialised debt capital market transactions across multiple product segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead negotiation of transaction terms with outside counsel, working closely with Client & Business Development to refine structural solutions.

Risk Mitigation & Compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all deal documentation meets operational and regulatory standards.
- Proactively mitigate risks throughout the life of the transaction.

- Serve as the Subject Matter "Go To" Expert, specialising in products or countries, keeping the business informed on market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes.
- Drive innovative legal and commercial solutions, proposing creative approaches that balance enterprise documentation standards with business needs.
Key Requirements

Education & Experience
- Strong educational background (preferably in finance, law, or a related field).
- Extensive experience in Corporate Trust and/or debt capital markets, demonstrating expert judgment in complex transactions.

Technical & Strategic Skills
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage relations with high-pressure stakeholders.
- Mastery of investigative and lateral thinking to propose innovative legal and commercial solutions.
- Proven capability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively as a strong team player.
