Vice President: Corporate Trust Senior Transaction Manager
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Corporate Trust Senior Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group. This role is located in London, UK.
Key Impact Areas

Reviewing highly complex specialised debt capital market transactions/structures aligned to a business or multiple product segments from initiation through closing

Acting as a key liaison with outside counsel, leading negotiations of structure terms in conjunction with [Client & Business Development]

Serving as the primary contact with internal and external parties on new and existing transactions, ensuring deal documentation compliance, operational standards, and risk mitigation for the life of the issue

- Taking on the role of Subject Matter Expert, maintaining expertise as a country specialist for products and markets while ensuring the business is updated on market data, competitor intelligence, and new regulations/legislative changes relevant to specific products or territorial jurisdictions
Core Requirements

Strong educational background
-
Extensive experience in Corporate Trust and/or debt capital markets
-
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines with strong project management skills, ensuring resolution of internal/external relationship challenges in a pressurised timeline
