Who Are We

Hansen (ASX: HSN) is a global provider of software and services to the energy, water and communications industries. With our award-winning software suite, we help more than 600 customers in over 80 countries to create and deliver new products and services, engage with customers, and control and manage critical revenue management and customer support processes.

Traditionally Hansen has been known for our billing and customer care solutions for utilities and energy companies; and for our BSS/OSS solutions for the communications industry. Yet today our solutions are far broader than this – from turning product innovation into new business revenue to creating and delivering a suite of catalog-driven cloud applications that enable service providers to expand their offerings and deliver fantastic customer experience. Put simply, our solutions are essential ingredients in our customers’ commercial business model, providing them with the ability to create and deliver these essential services, charge for them, and establish and maintain lasting relationships with their end customers.

Why This Role Matters

Shape and Design, Create and Communicate, Attract and Convert.

Be the force behind Hansen’s next wave of growth.

Hansen Technologies powers the operations of the world’s leading communications and media providers. As we expand our global footprint, we have opened a role to partner closely with our new Sales engine and, as such, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Marketing leader to spearhead our Comms & Media marketing strategy – driving demand, elevating our brand, and creating a measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

We see this role as a strategic growth driver, as exciting for an individual looking to step up to own the broader strategy and execution for the first time, as it would be for a more established leader looking to challenge themselves “in the weeds”. Initially, you will have direct influence over pipeline acceleration, market leadership, and how our brand resonates with the executives shaping the future of the industry. It goes without saying, you will be hands-on in every facet of our Marketing programme where you will develop and deliver cutting-edge, AI-enabled marketing programs that attract, convert, and expand high-value customers worldwide.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
