VP Marketing
Remote (UK) | Executive Leadership Team
We're partnering with a growing B2B SaaS company entering a pivotal stage of its growth journey.
The business has built a strong market position, a loyal customer base and a highly successful acquisition engine through the Microsoft ecosystem. With ambitions to scale significantly over the coming years, they're now looking for a VP Marketing to help drive the next phase of expansion.
This is not a traditional marketing leadership role.
The company is looking for someone who understands how AI is fundamentally changing software markets, buyer behaviour and go-to-market strategy. Someone who can leverage AI as a force multiplier across marketing, challenge conventional thinking and help build a modern, scalable growth engine.
The Opportunity
Today, a significant proportion of growth comes through Microsoft channels and marketplace-driven acquisition. The challenge is not awareness; it's creating stronger differentiation, expanding acquisition channels and ensuring the business continues to win in an increasingly crowded and AI-driven market.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the marketing function and play a key role in shaping company strategy, positioning and growth.
You'll be responsible for identifying where the business has the strongest right-to-win, refining market positioning, strengthening messaging and building predictable pipeline generation across multiple channels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
