About the Role
The Vice President of FP&A is a strategic finance leader reporting to the CFO. This role partners closely with:
- The executive team
- Business leaders
- Private equity sponsors
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- Lead company-wide budgeting, long-range strategic planning, and rolling forecasts
- Develop driver-based scenario financial modeling for:
- Revenue
- Expenses
- Cash flow

PE, Board & Performance Reporting
- Own preparation of:
- Board presentations
- Investor materials
- Monthly operating reviews
- Own preparation of:

SaaS Metrics & Dashboarding
- Drive analysis of SaaS-specific KPIs, including:
- ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
- MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
- CAC (Cost of Customer Acquisition)
- CLV (Customer Lifetime Value)
- Churn rate
- Inform business strategy with data insights
- Drive analysis of SaaS-specific KPIs, including:

- Build, mentor, and lead the FP&A team
- Drive strategy for:
- Finance automation
- Data integration
- BI/planning tools

Drive Finance Transformation & Systems Optimisation
- Lead finance transformation projects by:
- Identifying workflow automation opportunities
- System enhancements
- Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tool implementations to:
- Streamline planning
- Maximise operational efficiency
- Ensure data reliability
- Lead finance transformation projects by:
Who You Are
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including:
- Senior FP&A leadership roles
- 5+ years supporting SaaS or subscription business models
Technical Skills
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot
- Microsoft Business Central
- Excel
- Tableau
- SQL
- Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs (ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, churn rate)
- Experience with:
- Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools
- Finance transformation initiatives a plus
