Vice President – Investor Relations | London
A mid-market private markets manager is strengthening its investor relations function in London during an active fundraise. The platform manages capital for institutional investors across Europe, with a growing LP base spanning pensions, insurers, consultants and family offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Run DDQs, RFPs and LP data requests end to end during live fundraising processes
- Prepare fund marketing materials, quarterly reports and LP presentations
- Manage the CRM and LP pipeline; coordinate roadshows and the annual investor meeting
- Support Partners in meetings with pensions, insurers, family offices and consultants
- Track fundraising market intelligence and competitor activity

Candidate Profile

- 3–8 years in investor relations, fundraising, placement or investment consulting
- Exposure to live fundraising processes; a completed fund close an advantage
- Strong written output, able to handle DDQs and diligence responses independently
- Knowledge of the European LP landscape valuable
- Fluent English; further European languages an advantage
