About the Role
We’re looking for a Vice President of Product to lead our digital platform product teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality, measurable outcomes for our customers and the business.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for:
- The performance of 10 product teams
- Leading Product Managers across levels
- Collaborating closely with Product Directors, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders
This role is focused on execution, outcomes, and team performance, translating strategy into priorities, ensuring delivery remains on track, and holding teams accountable for impact.
Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to:
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers
- Foster a high-performing environment built on autonomy, accountability, and coaching
- Own delivery and outcomes
- Oversee product teams from discovery through value realisation
- Translate product strategy into clear priorities and measurable outcomes
- Guide prioritisation decisions to align teams on the highest-impact work
- Partner with Product Directors to:
- Align priorities
- Manage trade-offs -Maintain coherence across domains
- Establish:
- Clear ways of working
- Governance and planning processes that enable effective delivery
- Monitor and drive progress, stepping in strategically to:
- Keep delivery on track
- Avoid becoming a single point of failure
- Work with Design and Engineering
- Balance customer experience, technical constraints, and speed to market
- Optimise delivery by:
- Managing dependencies
- Sequencing work
- Driving consistency
- Drive continuous improvement—investigate and implement AI and tooling enhancements

Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience leading multiple product teams in a complex, high-stakes environment
- Strong product judgement: Ability to prioritise and make clear trade-off decisions
- Ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Leadership that balances autonomy and accountability, with a focus on coaching and development
- Commercial awareness, ensuring solutions drive measurable business impact
- Solid understanding of how product, design, and engineering collaborate to deliver results
- Experience partnering across domains and levels
Compensation (located in Europe/Union requirements):
- Base salaries begin from €160,000 (Spain)
- Salaries vary by country
