VP of Product | £160,000–£220,000 + Equity | London (Hybrid)
High-growth insurance data platform reshaping the insurance industry.
Executive-level role, but it's far from a traditional corporate VP position. You'll remain hands-on, working closely with customers, Engineering, Data and Commercial teams to solve complex workflow challenges and shape the product strategy from the ground up.

We're looking for someone who has built products in ambiguity, helped define product-market fit, and enjoys turning messy customer problems into scalable product solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Own Product strategy and roadmap
- Work directly with customers to understand complex workflows
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Operations and Commercial teams
- Translate customer insight into high-impact product decisions
- Build and scale the Product function over time while remaining hands-on

What do you need?
- Experience as a senior Product leader
- Experience building products in a Pre-Series A, Pre-PMF or early-stage environment
- Comfortable operating across Product, Engineering, Data and Operations
- Experience in fintech, marketplaces, InsurTech or another complex regulated industry
- Experience in high-growth, product-led businesses
