The Role

Doppel is seeking an experienced, high-impact Vice President of Sales, EMEA to lead and scale our go-to-market motion across the region.

This is a rare opportunity for a proven builder to shape the next chapter of Doppel’s international growth. You will own EMEA revenue, lead regional strategy, and help build a repeatable, high-performance business across one of our most important growth markets.

We are looking for a leader who knows how to turn market opportunity into execution: someone who can attract great talent, coach strong teams, build trust with customers, and create the operating discipline needed to scale. The right candidate brings ambition, sound judgment, and the ability to lead from the front in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

Regional Leadership & Team Building

Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA sales organization across Enterprise, Mid-Enterprise and Commercial business segments Recruit, hire, and retain top-performing sales talent as the region scales Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, urgency, collaboration, and continuous improvement Establish clear operating rhythms, performance expectations, and career development for the team

Revenue Ownership & Forecasting

Own and exceed EMEA revenue targets Drive rigorous pipeline inspection, forecast accuracy, and operational discipline across the region Build regional plans that create predictable growth and healthy pipeline coverage Use data to identify risks early and drive timely course correction

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

Define and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy in alignment with company objectives Identify priority countries, verticals, and account segments to maximize regional growth Refine territory design, account coverage, and sales plays based on market conditions and performance data Help shape regional messaging and sales motions that resonate with enterprise security buyers

Cross-Functional Partnership

Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Product, and Leadership to support regional success Represent the voice of the EMEA customer and market internally Collaborate with channel and alliance teams to expand market reach and influence deal strategy where relevant Support executive relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners

Market Development

Help establish Doppel’s brand and presence across EMEA Bring strong understanding of regional market dynamics, buying behavior, and competitive landscape Build repeatable regional playbooks that can scale as the business grows internationally

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of sales experience with significant leadership responsibility in high-growth (“0-1”) B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments Proven success building, leading and scaling sales teams across EMEA Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and building predictable regional businesses Experience hiring, developing, and retaining top-performing sales leaders and account executives - must be a talent magnet Strong command of enterprise sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasting, and operational rigor Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on builder Excellent executive communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong understanding of how to sell to enterprise security buyers is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building an EMEA business from early-stage traction to meaningful scale Cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fraud prevention, or adjacent market experience Familiarity with channel, alliance, and partner-influenced go-to-market motions Experience working in venture-backed, fast-scaling environments Strong network and credibility within the EMEA security ecosystem
