VP Sales

EMS/OEMS Trading Solutions

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £130,000 - £150,000+ benefits + commission


This is a globally established fintech who build multi-asset execution and order management solutions used by some of the world’s largest hedge funds and asset managers. Their reputation is built on deep technical capability, strong client partnerships, and a culture that values ownership and commercial drive.

The Role

You’ll join the EMEA sales team as a VP Sales focused on winning new buy-side clients – previous experience of this is essential.

The remit covers multi-asset trading across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives, selling EMS/OEMS solutions with typically a 12–24-month enterprise sales cycles.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business across the buy-side, managing enterprise sales cycles, and closing high-value recurring revenue deals.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at hedge funds, asset managers, and tier-one institutions.
  • Lead product demos and workshops showcasing advanced EMS/OEMS capabilities.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales engineering to shape solutions around client workflows.
  • Represent the business at key industry events, acting as a visible subject matter expert in multi-asset trading technology.

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven track record selling EMS/OEMS solutions into the buy-side.
  • Deep understanding of buy-side workflows: execution strategies, liquidity sources, regulatory drivers.
  • A technical sales personality: credible, consultative, and commercially driven.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach

The Package

  • £130,000–£150,000 base salary (experience dependent).
  • Commission: 8% of annual recurring revenue
  • Hybrid London working environment.
