As a Vice President, Product Specialist within the Fusion Customer Success team in the Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will guide clients in leveraging Fusion’s data, analytics, and AI platform. You will collaborate with business, product, engineering, and client teams to ensure successful platform adoption and satisfaction. Your technical expertise will support prioritized use cases and enable clients to realize value from Fusion’s capabilities. You will play a key role in promoting platform awareness and driving continuous improvement. Together, we foster a culture of innovation and partnership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Fusion platform capabilities, including data, analytics, and AI
- Provide technical expertise and guidance for prioritized use cases, webinars, and events
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend optimal Fusion solutions
- Support the development, documentation, and communication of common solution patterns to accelerate Fusion adoption
- Partner with Solutions Engineers and platform teams to ensure integrated and effective solution delivery
- Promote platform awareness, usage, and adoption through enablement activities and client engagement
- Track and report on adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics to inform continuous improvement
- Advocate for best practices in data, analytics, and AI delivery and platform adoption
- Support cross-product platform initiatives and provide feedback to inform platform enhancements
- Foster strong collaboration across Fusion product, engineering, and client teams

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data, analytics, and AI technologies in financial services or a related industry
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support for complex platform solutions
- Experience working directly with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions to production
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption and client enablement
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Familiarity with Fusion platform components or similar enterprise data and AI platforms
- Experience with platform enablement, technical advocacy, or strategic implementations
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, controls, and best practices
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent
- Track record of delivering innovative data, analytics, and AI solutions at scale
