We're partnered by a leading Energy & Data Center platform on a critical senior hire to lead their European Energy & Utility Delivery organisation.
This is a genuine portfolio-level leadership role where you'll own end-to-end utility infrastructure strategy across a large, fast-moving pipeline of concurrent high-voltage projects spanning generation, transmission, substation development, and energy procurement.

The role:
Single-threaded executive accountability for getting power to sites, on time, on budget, ahead of customer demand. You'll drive project execution from concept through energisation, define capital allocation priorities, and build the utility partnerships that underpin European expansion.

You'll stand out if you have:
- A strong track record delivering complex, high-value energy infrastructure at portfolio scale (HV substation, transmission, or generation programmes)
- Experience negotiating with TSOs, DNOs, and substation EPCs
- Credibility as an executive representative to utilities, investors, and government stakeholders
- The leadership presence to build and mentor a high-performing project delivery team
