We're partnered by a leading Energy & Data Center platform on a critical senior hire to lead their European Energy & Utility Delivery organisation.
This is a genuine portfolio-level leadership role where you'll own end-to-end utility infrastructure strategy across a large, fast-moving pipeline of concurrent high-voltage projects spanning generation, transmission, substation development, and energy procurement.

The Role
- Single-threaded executive accountability for getting power to sites, on time, on budget, ahead of customer demand.
- You'll drive project execution from concept through energisation, define capital allocation priorities, and build the utility partnerships that underpin European expansion.
- You'll stand out if you have:
- A strong track record delivering complex, high-value energy infrastructure at portfolio scale HV substation, transmission, or generation programmes.
- Experience negotiating with TSOs, DNOs, and substation EPCs.
- Credibility as an executive representative to utilities, investors, and government stakeholders.
- The leadership presence to build and mentor a high-performing project delivery team.
