Purpose of the Job
The Vice President – Sales & Marketing will lead and grow PGP Glass Limited’s Spirit, Food & Beverage (SFB) business across key European markets. The primary focus will be on premium and super-premium customers in the luxury glass packaging segment.
This is a results-driven leadership role accountable for revenue growth, margin expansion, and building long-term strategic partnerships. The VP will be responsible for acquiring new premium customers, strengthening market presence, and positioning PGP Glass as the preferred partner for luxury SFB glass packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Drive topline growth and profitability for SFB business across Europe with focus on premium & super-premium brands.
- Customer Development: Identify, develop, and manage relationships with luxury spirits brands, high-end F&B producers, strategic distributors, and design partners.
- Market Strategy: Build go-to-market strategies to expand PGP Glass footprint in France, Scotland and other priority European markets.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and margin optimization for key accounts.
- Brand Positioning: Represent PGP Glass at industry associations, trade fairs, and SFB exhibitions to enhance brand equity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product Development, Design, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure customer commitments and innovation delivery.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Global Sales & Marketing teams to align on business objectives.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
Essential Experience
- 18+ years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing leadership within glass packaging, spirits, F&B, or premium FMCG sectors
- Proven track record of developing new premium customers and expanding key accounts in Europe
- Strong expertise in pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and margin optimization
- Experience working with luxury or design-driven packaging solutions is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and lead across geographies
