About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President or Director to join our clients growing Debt Advisory team, with a particular focus on transaction execution. This is a key role for an ambitious professional who can lead complex workstreams, manage lender relationships, and deliver high-quality financing solutions for clients across a range of sectors. As an Associate Director, you will play a central part in structuring, negotiating, and executing debt transactions including refinancing's, leveraged buyouts, recapitalisations, acquisition financings, and bespoke funding solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership while managing day-to-day execution and guiding junior team members
Key Responsibility Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates from initial structuring through to completion. Develop robust financing structures and prepare high-quality materials including credit papers, financial models, lender presentations, and process documentation. Manage the lender engagement process, including coordinating due diligence, responding to lender queries, and negotiating key financing terms. Provide clear, actionable advice to clients on financing options, market conditions, and potential funding risks. Support origination efforts through preparation of proposals, pitch materials, and market updates. Mentor and oversee analysts and associates throughout transactions. Maintain strong relationships with banks, private credit funds, and other financing providers

About You will have 6+ years of experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance, structured finance, corporate banking, investment banking, or a related field. Strong transaction experience, particularly in managing execution processes end-to-end. Deep understanding of financing markets, credit analysis, debt structures, and key financing terms. Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative attitude with a commitment to developing junior team members.
