Formed in 2017 following a merger of two colleges, our client is the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 18,000 students passing through their doors each year. Today, they are made up of a family of colleges across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. This is an exciting time for our client as they embark on a bold new chapter to strengthen their impact across the region and improve the opportunities of those in their communities.
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a new Vice Principal to provide leadership and management across one of their colleges. The role will strengthen the Group’s specialist land-based offer and continue to develop provision across further education for young people and adults, as well as higher education. You will oversee provision, raise standards and help deliver a high-quality student experience. The successful candidate will have recent experience in a leadership role in the education, skills or training sector, along with significant experience of leading and managing land-based curriculum development, innovation and change within a further and/or higher education environment.
