About the Role
As a Victim Liaison Officer (VLO), you will play a vital role in the Victim Transformation Programme, directly supporting victims of crime:
- Provide essential information: Help victims understand justice decisions, the role of the CPS, and their rights throughout the legal process.
- Empathic communication: Manage sensitive interactions with care, professionalism, and a non-judgemental approach.
- Build trust: Be the supportive, clear, and compassionate bridge between victims and the criminal justice system.
