- Support the Victim Transformation Programme by delivering support to victims of crime
- Help victims understand:
- The decisions CPS makes
- The role of the CPS and wider criminal justice system
- Their rights during the legal process
- Manage sensitive and challenging conversations in a calm, empathetic and professional way
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Do not require specific qualifications to apply
- Share our values
- Commit to public service
Experience is desirable, but not required:
- Working with victims of crime
- Experience in a customer service environment
