Our client is a fast-growing DTC brand obsessed with what makes customers click and creative that actually performs. They don’t just “make content”. They build videos that drive real revenue. We’re hiring an AI Video Editor to produce winning short-form ads at volume. A core part of this role is being highly proficient with AI and sourcing footage from the internet efficiently. You know which AI tools to reach for, where to look for B-roll, reference clips, and stock, and you find what you need fast without wasting hours hunting This is not a position for someone looking to simply execute briefs and clock out. We’re looking for someone genuinely obsessed with the craft of video editing. We give you the scripts, briefs, and reference videos. You bring them to life with AI tools: fast, technical, and at volume. What You’ll Own Make 15–20 short-form ads per week (15–60s, depending on how complex they are) for Meta. Create UGC-style ads without any real UGC, using ElevenLabs (voice), Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Flow, Sora, and whatever new AI tool drops next month. We expect you to be comfortable picking up new tools and staying on top of trends on your own. Be able to integrate the product into AI scenes so it doesn’t look fake: AI actor holding the bottle, clean overlays, matched lighting. Scroll-stopping hooks, tight pacing, captions, matching audio and sound. Example videos of what success looks like: AI UGC talking head: a fully AI-made UGC-style talking head with graphics and everything: https://drive.google.com/file/d/19jIHnOl2SicNgF6nw_4vGcvVMAk6KZh2/view?usp=drive_link 3D animated ad: you should be able to make videos that look like this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XKrBwNtnZtowzeGJ8tz2cCEJjFceWIrZ/view?usp=drive_link AI product integration: no real UGC; the product is integrated into the scene using AI. Look at 1:43 to 2:08, and 2:45 to the end. Those are product-integrated shots that can be created using AI. You should be able to pull this off too: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1t7bwPlMxjBOC8NVEvBwfXAoM15WjJ0vu/view?usp=drive_link Must-Haves 2+ years editing short-form paid ads (UGC, DTC, performance creative, not wedding videos, not YouTube vlogs). Heavy, hands-on use of AI video tools: Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Flow, Sora. Good with CapCut or Adobe Premiere + After Effects. You can blend an AI shot and a real product so a viewer can’t tell where one ends and the other begins. Speed under pressure. This is a fast-paced ad environment. Briefs change, winners get reworked the same day, and turnaround matters more than perfection. Strong written and spoken English. A solid computer that can handle rendering and heavy edits, plus a stable internet connection. Comfortable in Slack, Google Drive, and a project tracker (ClickUp). Available to work on weekends when ad volume requires it. Nice-to-Haves You’ve personally edited a video with real Meta ad spend behind it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
