VMV.STUDIO

VMV.STUDIO is a multidisciplinary branding, design, and film consultancy based in West London (operating out of Westbourne Studios on Acklam Road). Founded in 2015, we act as a strategic partner to our clients, specialising in brand identity, UI/UX, motion graphics, and cinematic video production for scale-ups, global brands, and culture-led ventures.

We are a close-knit, highly collaborative team of three. We are currently looking for a creative, motivated individual to join us for a paid 3-month internship with a direct track toward a full-time Junior Editor/Videographer role.

The Role: Video Editing & Production Intern

Schedule:
3 days a week (Mon–Wed), 9am–5pm. Flexibility required if a high-profile client shoot falls on a different day.

Location:
Fully On-Site (Unit 301, 242 Acklam Road, London, W10 5JJ. Near Westbourne Park Station). No remote options available.

Equipment:
Must have your own laptop capable of handling editing workflows. (A DaVinci Resolve Studio licence will be provided if you do not have one).

What you'll do:

Editing & Visual Storytelling (Primary Focus):

  • Edit premium video content in DaVinci Resolve, sequencing interviews, cutting in B-roll, and building clean, well-organised timelines.
  • Experiment with storytelling formats, apply entry-level colour grading, and keep studio assets properly archived.
  • You are a creative editor first, shaping pace and narrative across client and in-house projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
