About Ynot Studios

Ynot Studios is a Sunderland-based creative agency specialising in video production, brand design, and digital content.

For the last eight years, we’ve been helping ambitious brands redefine the ordinary through creative storytelling, strategic thinking, and high-quality content. Our clients range from global brands and major sporting organisations to local businesses looking to make a bigger impact.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Video Editor / Videographer to join the team.

This is primarily an editing role based at our Sunderland office, with opportunities to get involved in filming, production, and content creation on location.

You’ll be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, polished content across a wide range of formats and industries—from social-first campaigns and branded content to promotional films and creative campaigns.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop their craft, contribute creative ideas, and play an active role in a growing agency.

  • Editing high-quality video content across multiple industries and formats
  • Creating engaging short-form and social-first content
  • Editing longer-form branded and corporate productions
  • Colour correction, sound design, and final delivery
  • Adding graphics, titles, and visual enhancements
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Organising and maintaining project files and media

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
