As a Video Editor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality short and mid-length content for all DAZN channels and live broadcasts. Working closely with producers, post-producers, and other editors, you’ll bring dynamic, engaging sport storytelling to life—meeting both broadcast and platform standards.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing multiple projects, creative adaptability across different sports, markets, and audiences, and a winning ability to collaborate across teams—all while maintaining a strong creative perspective.
Primary Location: Hammersmith office (alongside shifts covering Monday–Sunday).
What You’ll Be Doing
Editing short-form and mid-form content, including:
- Match promos
- Broadcast videos and content for DAZN’s platform
- Social media snippets
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Managing multiple editing assignments concurrently, plus regular progress updates
- Providing onsite live OBR (outside broadcast) support for productions worldwide
- Translating project briefs and creative treatments into on-scope deliveries
- Working alongside producers and post-production teams to make technical and stylistic decisions
- Guaranteeing deadline adherence and quality standards via tight collaboration
- Proactively identifying and escalating risks that could impact timelines
- Operating occasional evenings, weekends, and location work to support live events
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in video or media production
- Strong knowledge of post-production workflows and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects) – proficiency in grading and audio mixing for broadcast standard
- Expertise in export/broadcast standards, particularly within HDR environments
- Direct sports editing experience, ideally for boxing, NFL, or football/soccer
- Live broadcast or sports-led production experience, in reportage/live creativity-driven environments
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple parallel projects
- Efficient communication, collaboration skills, and flair for fast-turnaround creative deadlines
- Attention to detail, organisational structure, and fluency with office tools
