Job Title: Video Editor
Location: London
The Role
You’ll work across campaign content, paid media, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, ecommerce, and social-first storytelling - creating edits that feel premium, culturally relevant, and platform-native. You’ll have a strong understanding of Meta paid creative, producing multiple cutdowns, hooks, pacing styles, and format variations to support ongoing testing and optimisation across the Meta ad library. Alongside strong editing fundamentals, you’ll bring an understanding of motion graphics, AI-assisted creative tools, and evolving editing workflows to help push Varley’s visual storytelling forward.
Key Areas of Focus
Social & Paid Media Editing
- Edit video content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, ecommerce, and digital channels
- Create multiple paid social cutdowns and creative variations for Meta campaigns
- Repurpose campaign and archive content into fresh, platform-native edits

Creative Editing & Motion
- Shape narrative, pacing, music, and visual flow across all edits
- Apply colour grading, motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, subtitles, and sound design in line with the Varley aesthetic
- Explore AI tools, motion design trends, and modern editing workflows to continuously evolve content output. Work with third party colour graders where appropriate.
Collaboration & Creative Development
- Work closely with creative, social, and performance marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives
- Support the ongoing evolution of Varley’s video storytelling and visual identity
- Manage feedback and multiple deliverables while maintaining strong creative standards
