About Fuse Energy
Fuse is a vertically integrated energy company. We're three years old with 300k+ customers, $550M+ in ARR and global ambitions. We raised $210M from top-tier investors. We grew 700% last year. And we're just getting started.
Our mission is one worth fighting for: to usher in an era where energy is cheap, clean and abundant. Where there is so much energy it stops being something the world worries about. Where the question changes from "how do I get by?" to "what can I do now?" The world will build. The world will play. The world will make glorious things and solve 'impossible' problems. Fear makes people small. Abundance makes people amazing.
To get there we are doing everything it takes.
To get there we are doing everything it takes. We deliver energy around 30% cheaper than the rest of the industry, we build our own hardware, we build grid-scale solar farms, we install solar in homes across the country, and we're expanding internationally and into robotics.
And now, we are building our own in-house content and creative team.
Like everything we do at Fuse, the objective for this team is to be the best in the world. And unlike most companies, this team won't sit inside marketing as another growth channel. It will run as its own function with its own objective: to make Fuse, and the abundant future we're building, impossible to ignore and impossible not to want.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The role
As an Editor, you turn footage into amazing videos. Speed and a feel for a hook that creates intrigue is essential. You will get the opportunity to edit for any platform, long-form, or TV campaign. For socials, you will make sure the first few seconds are incredible to watch. You will work closely with other creators, strategists, producers and our Head of Creative on a daily basis.
What You'll Do
- Edit for any platform, long-form, or campaign, at high volume and speed
- Cut multiple versions of what's working so we can test it and feed the winners into ads
- Take briefs from the producer, the strategists, or the creators
Requirements

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Two things matter most:
- Hook instinct. You know how to open a video so people are curious, want to watch more and stay.
- Taste. You have a great idea for detail, fast and you ship a lot without dropping the quality.
You must excel in CapCut or Premiere, love editing, trying cool news and have a hunger to make a lot of great work. If you're a videographer as well, that's great.
What You'll Get To Build
You will get to work a huge range of work, from fast social edits today to product launches to cinematic films tomorrow. Because there is a lot to work with: a solar farm launch one month, a hardware reveal the next, a launch campaign in a new country, a fast-pace explainer on how energy works or how we're building out our robotics. Few editors will get this much to work with, and get the world excited involved in creating a future with power to play with.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and equity
- Biannual bonus scheme
- Fully expensed tech to match your needs
- Paid annual leave
- Breakfast and dinner allowance for office-based employees
