About Study Academy
Study Academy is a fast-growing learning and development company creating high-quality online training, eLearning, video content, animation, and digital learning experiences for clients across the UK and internationally. We are a certified Great Place to Work and B Corporation.
We work with organisations across sectors including compliance, finance, education, rail, attractions, housing, healthcare, hospitality, and global enterprise. Our projects move quickly, our standards are high, and our creative team plays a key role in bringing learning to life.
We are now looking for a talented Video Editor & Animator to join our growing team and help us create engaging video content, animated explainers, motion graphics, course assets, social content, and branded learning materials.
The Role
We are looking for someone who is creative, technically confident, and ready to dive straight into live projects.
This role would suit someone who has strong experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics, and who is comfortable working across multiple projects at pace. You will be working closely with our creative, learning design, and development teams to produce high-quality visual content for both Study Academy and our clients.
You will need to be confident using After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and the wider Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to take a brief and turn it into polished, professional content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
