The Opportunity

Contract: Permanent

Remuneration: £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience + annual bonus, salaries are reviewed every 6 months

Location: Head office in Shoreditch

Working: 4 days per week in the office, or on-site as required


We're looking for a talented Midweight Video Editor to join our Postproduction team. This role is ideal for an organised, creative, and proactive editor who enjoys producing high-quality content across a variety of projects.

Take ownership of edits from first assembly to final delivery, working with the postproduction team, clients, and the wider production team. Alongside strong editing skills, you'll help maintain efficient post-production workflows and contribute ideas that improve both our creative output and internal processes.

The Role

  • Edit engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring projects are delivered to a high creative and technical standard.
  • Organise project files and maintain clean, efficient editing workflows.
  • Edit interviews, multicam productions and promotional content.
  • Source and mix music, sound effects and dialogue to create polished audio.
  • Colour correct and grade footage using Premiere Pro.
  • Create simple motion graphics, lower thirds, title cards and intro/outro animations in After Effects.
  • Source relevant stock footage and assets where required.
  • Deliver videos in multiple formats for web, social media and client distribution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email, ensuring projects run smoothly.
  • Assist in maintaining post-production workflows and suggest improvements where appropriate.
  • Manage media across local and cloud-based storage systems.
  • Maintain project organisation across Frame.io, Vimeo and internal servers.
  • Review edits from colleagues and provide constructive creative feedback.
  • Stay up to date with new editing techniques, software updates and industry trends.

The Person

  • At least 2 years' professional editing experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • A good understanding of colour correction, audio mixing and video delivery.
  • Knowledge of video formats, codecs and export settings.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A creative eye and passion for storytelling.

The Package

  • Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum.
  • Annual Bonus: Performance-based bonus scheme, subject to company profitability and director’s discretion.
  • Hybrid Role: Flexibility to work from home and our London office (minimum 3 days per week in-office) - regularly onsite with clients & events.
