Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly capable Video Producer to join our Brand Experience team—someone who can operate across the full production lifecycle, from concept through to capture, edit, and delivery. This is a hybrid role for a maker: equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit suite, and running live or streamed environments.
You’ll play a key role in how our brand shows up through motion—creating content that is fast, flexible, and built for modern platforms, while also delivering high-quality production for events, campaigns, and thought leadership moments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end video production across events, content, and internal/external communications
- Shoot high-quality video across a range of environments (studio, on-location, live events)
- Edit content for multiple formats and platforms, from short-form social to long-form storytelling
- Plan and execute live and streamed productions, including multi-camera setups where required
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling video content
- Ensure all output aligns with brand standards and delivers against business objectives
- Manage production logistics including equipment, timelines, and workflows
- Stay ahead of evolving video formats, tools, and technologies

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
