The Opportunity

Voy is looking for a talented and creatively driven Video Editor to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who believes video isn’t just content, it’s a growth lever, a storytelling tool, and a way to genuinely change how people think and act. You’ll play a key role in editing and producing high-impact, social-first video content that brings our brand, mission and medical expertise to life.

We’re looking for a hands-on creator with strong storytelling instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of how video performs across platforms. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves iterating on ideas, and knows how to maximise shoots and future-proof content for ongoing testing and optimisation. As a Video Editor, you’ll own the editing, versioning and delivery, working closely with our in-house production, creative and growth teams to turn insights into video that stops thumbs, builds trust, and drives action.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end editing process, delivering high-quality, performance-driven video content across multiple platforms
  • Produce variations, cut-downs, and hooks optimised for different audiences, placements, and channels
  • Apply advanced editing techniques including colour grading, sound mixing, captioning, and motion graphics
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and growth teams to translate campaign goals and performance insights into effective video content
  • Transform complex or sensitive healthcare topics into clear, engaging, and human-centred visual stories
  • Maximise the value of shoots by creating scalable content for ongoing testing and iteration
  • Organise and manage video assets, ensuring files are structured for efficient reuse and future optimisation
  • Contribute new creative ideas and continuously improve content performance based on trends and data

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help.

Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we're on a mission to prove there's a better way.

In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way).

Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?
