Ten Toes is searching for a Video Editor to join our content team and work closely with leading sports rightsholders. The successful applicant will lead the production of video content for rightsholders, with a particular focus on vertical formats and platforms.
We want someone who truly understands social video, what engages existing audiences for rightsholders and how helps unlock growth and visibility through new fans. You will work alongside our team of content managers to deliver outstanding content for our clients.
WHO WE NEED
We’re looking for someone with a creative eye for identifying, producing and delivering video content that stands out from the crowd on social media. You’ll know how to hook the audience, encouraging the community to engage and share.
For this role, we’re looking for an individual who has excellent experience editing social-first video content, understands what makes an impact and recognises trends and opportunities that are right to jump on with relevance from a rightsholder perspective.
The successful candidate will also be able to showcase how they have worked closely with internal or external stakeholders to align on content plans and how to execute them.
It goes without saying, the successful applicant will need to be passionate, dedicated and sociable, with strong communication skills a must for this fast-paced, high-intensity position. Being proactive, confidence in selling in video ideas and attention to detail will also be crucial to succeed in this position.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
