Location: London, United Kingdom
Type of Employment: Full-time
Industry: Media / Publishing
Work Pattern: Hybrid

Overview of the Role

We're looking for a fast-working video editor/videographer to support our editorial, marketing, and events teams across our market-leading B2B financial services brands — including Investment Week, Professional Adviser, Professional Pensions, Cover, and Investment IQ.

You'll produce a range of video content for professional audiences, from hard-hitting news stories and mini-documentaries to webinars, event highlight reels, and occasional motion graphics pieces.

This is a permanent role and sits within the ARC Central Design team, and the candidate will work alongside other motion graphics and video editors. The preferred candidate will have some previous video production experience and be confident in shooting and editing either in our inhouse at our London-based studio or on location. The role would suit a mid-weight editor.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Edit footage to a high standard, incorporating motion graphics, animation, and video effects (event stings, promos, social clips, highlight reels)
  • Support Studio Manager with filming editorial and event content: interviews, mini-documentaries, explainer videos, and coverage of conferences and awards shows
  • Support Studio manager with managing live-streams from the studio
  • Work from briefs provided by editors and project managers, delivering to tight deadlines
  • Turn raw footage into multiple assets where required (e.g. one shoot into several short-form pieces)
  • Maintain a consistent visual style in line with brand guidelines
  • Film both on location at events and in-studio, as required per project
  • Occasionally produce/edit motion graphic videos

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
