Video Producer – Bauer Media Group (Magic Radio, Greatest Hits Radio, Jazz FM)

You’ll be joining the video and content teams behind some of Bauer’s most beloved radio brands: Magic Radio, Greatest Hits Radio, and Jazz FM.

We craft engaging, social-first content that connects with audiences across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. From live sessions, celebrity interviews, events, and reactive content—we bring these brands to life beyond the airwaves.

Working alongside Content Directors, the Head of Video, Social Media Leads, and Video Producers, you’ll thrive in a collaborative, dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality content at scale. Expect a fast-paced environment where creativity is encouraged, and no two days are the same.


The Difference You Will Make

As a Video Producer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering standout video content across Magic, Greatest Hits, and Jazz.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Bringing concepts to life—from start to finish—creating content that engages audiences while attracting and diversifying new ones.
  • Ensuring a fresh, relevant, and impactful output across all platforms.
  • Collaborating on multi-brand content, developing new formats, and refining how Bauer’s brands excel in digital and social spaces.

Your Role

You’ll manage shooting, editing, and delivering video content for all key platforms, working closely with the wider social video team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Filming and editing both long-form and short-form video content
  • Technical shoot management, including camera, lighting, and audio setup
  • Building, de-rigging sets, and planning logistics for on-location filming
  • Directing talent, supporting freelancers, or leading shoots as needed
  • Developing creative video formats tailored to social platforms
  • Ensuring alignment with brand tone, style guidelines, and deadlines
  • Optimising content (including thumbnail design) for maximum engagement
  • Staying ahead of social trends to enhance reach
  • Collaborating with the Head of Video on strategy and planning
  • Balancing multiple projects with fast turnaround demands

The Skills You Will Bring

Essential:

✅ 3+ years’ experience in video production ✅ Strong hands-on shooting and editing skills ✅ Proficiency with camera, lighting, and audio equipment ✅ Adobe Premiere Pro mastery (essential); Photoshop skills a plus ✅ Ability to manage diverse projects under tight deadlines ✅ Experience working with talent, ideally including celebrities or high-profile guests ✅ Deep understanding of social media video best practice (YouTube awareness advantageous) ✅ Creative mindset with a knack for fresh ideas ✅ Strong communication and collaborative work ethic ✅ Attention to detail with a passion for high-quality output

Nice to Have:

🔹 Passion for pop culture, digital trends, and audio-driven content 🔹 Experience in event production or live coverage

Working Pattern & Location

  • Hybrid model, primarily office-based in London (applicants must reside in London for shoot-related travel).
  • Full-time, permanent role.
