Video Production Coordinator (AI-Ready)
Job Title: Video Production Coordinator Location: London - Fully on-site Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience.
Overview
As a fast-growing scale-up, we transform lives with our premium health, nutrition, and skincare brands. We build them from scratch entirely in-house. And now, we are ready to challenge the US markets. The successful candidate will join our team of over 100 extraordinary individuals across marketing, creative, media buying, copywriting, and R&D.
We’re looking for a hands-on video production coordinator to lead projects from pre-production through to final delivery. This role blends on-set production management with day-to-day ownership of post-production workflows, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
A key part of this role will also be supporting and evolving our use of AI in video production workflows. So experience, curiosity and adaptability in this space are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
- Support planning and coordination of video shoots
- Assist with location scouting, logistics, and scheduling
- Collaborate with videographers, creatives, and copywriters on script deliverables
- Prepare shoot documentation (call sheets, shot lists, etc.)

Production (On-Set)
- Act as the 'go-to' on shoot days
- Assist with equipment setup and breakdown
- Operate tools such as teleprompters
- Coordinate on-the-day logistics (crew support, timing, catering, etc.)
- Help ensure shoots run smoothly and efficiently
Post-Production & Workflow Management (Primary Focus)
- Own and manage the video post-production pipeline
- Organise, sync, label, and maintain footage and assets
- Brief and liaise with editors (internal or external)
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and edit tickets
- Review video edits and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Edit, where necessary, to ensure consistency with brand and creative direction
- Coordinate approvals and distribute final content to relevant teams
AI & Workflow Innovation
- Support the integration of AI tools into video production and post-production workflows
- Stay up to date with emerging tools and trends in AI video
- Test and adopt new tools to improve efficiency and creative output
- Work with the team to continuously refine and optimise production processes
Skills & Experience
- Experience working on video shoots (agency, brand, or freelance)
- Strong understanding of video production and post-production workflows
- Experience reviewing edits and giving structured feedback
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
