Are you ready to redefine what’s possible in digital sales and significantly impact how leading brands connect with their audiences? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join a pivotal sector team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maximising sales opportunities and driving substantial client revenue growth through your profound brand expertise and advanced pitching capabilities. This is a chance to not only influence key client strategies but also to shape product activation, educate sales teams on cutting-edge solutions, and build competitive intelligence that directly fuels market leadership. Your contributions will directly empower clients to achieve their ambitious business objectives, driving measurable success and innovation.

This is an approx 9-month, hybrid contract, offering up to £49.15 per hour – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

What You’ll Do

  • Draw interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis, providing data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership.
  • Utilise insights to influence stakeholders and drive impactful change across projects and initiatives.
  • Drive the provision of feedback and identify new business cases for internal stakeholders on how products and processes may be improved to simplify complex optimisations and workflows or better serve clients.
  • Share and scale best practices, learnings, and sales strategies (e.g., objection handling, pitching for increased funds, sales mastery techniques) to up-scale accounts.
  • Link cross-functional solutions and best practices to meet customer and business needs effectively.
  • Craft and deliver bespoke cross-functional solutions and workshops to customers and agencies to achieve their business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Drive the establishment and execution of sales and product strategies within verticals for specific clients to meet desired outcomes (e.g., sales quota, revenue generation, product adoption).
  • Align both product and sales strategies to develop a clear roadmap and provide feedback to inform and align both product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage expectations and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to build rapport and credibility.
  • Plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
  • Help identify revenue and growth opportunities within the market and customer base.
  • Effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine and drive sales, revenue growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, as well as the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.

  • Proven experience in video sales, whether from traditional television or social media platforms.

  • A track record of success in roles prioritising brand expertise over performance or search expertise.
