Script Writer Needed for TheSexHealer by Roster
About the Role Roster manages the hiring process for top global creators and brands. A Script Writer is required to craft empathetic, evidence-based content on relationships, intimacy, and wellness for TheSexHealer, a channel led by Amanda Pasciucco, PhD, LMFT, featuring 125K+ subscribers.
This opportunity seeks a writer passionate about self-help content and delivering scripts that genuinely improve audience awareness of relationships and emotional connections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in writing YouTube scripts for niches such as:
- Self-help
- Relationships
- Wellness
- Therapy
- Personal development
- Strong understanding of educational and empathetic content, ideally with knowledge of:
- Psychology
- Coaching
- Intimacy topics
- Ability to write clear, concise, active-voice scripts optimised for audience retention
- Fast turnaround (3–7 days per script) with excellent communication skills
- A portfolio demonstrating writing samples or YouTube videos (links preferred)
- Proficiency in validation-first language ("validate, don’t fix") with:
- A warm, non-judgmental, and approachable tone
