About the Role
Honda HRC is seeking an exceptionally skilled Videographer to produce world-class, digital-first content across our global platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube, in support of our participation in the MotoGP World Championship.
This role is instrumental in communicating HRC's journey back to the pinnacle of MotoGP to a global audience, encompassing on-track performance, behind-the-scenes access within the garage, and interactions with fans through compelling, platform-specific video content. While the position places particular emphasis on Grand Prix race weekends and test sessions, the successful candidate must be capable of forward planning and sustaining content production throughout the full racing calendar. Vertical video will form the core focus of this role, though its broader scope and direction will be shaped by the individual. Candidates must be self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to excellence. The role offers considerable creative scope to develop content that best represents the brand of the most successful team in MotoGP history.
Working in close collaboration with the team, riders, and the PR and Marketing Manager, the Videographer will be responsible for producing high-quality video content across social media platforms, with a primary focus on short-form content and a secondary focus on longer-form behind-the-scenes weekend summaries. This work will be informed by analytics and insights provided by the wider team, supporting the individual's professional development and the creation of content worthy of a championship-winning organisation. HRC's ambition is to lead both on and off the track, and this ethos underpins every aspect of the role.
This position is suited to a proactive, hands-on creative professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments, welcomes extensive international travel under excellent conditions, and is motivated by the opportunity to work with the most successful team in Grand Prix racing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate composure under pressure and a sustained commitment to exceeding both personal and competitive benchmarks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
