Contracted Videographer – 4 Days Per Week | £200 Per Day | Immediate Start
Seymours Estate Agents is seeking an experienced Videographer to join our thriving in-house marketing team on a contracted basis.
About the Role
This 4-day-per-week role combines 2 days filming and 2 days editing, delivering high-quality video content for our social media channels. Your work will include:
- Property tours
- Local area highlights
- Pieces to camera
- Company events
- Brand-led, engaging content
Seymours, a pioneer in the Surrey property market since 1994, operates 20 offices across the region, covering sales, lettings, and new homes. We’re looking for a creative professional to bring our properties, people, and communities to life through dynamic and polished video production.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit professional-grade video content tailored for social media
- Capture properties, local communities, and company events with cinematic quality
- Produce engaging, polished content that aligns with Seymours’ brand identity
- Work collaboratively with our marketing team to develop content strategies
Requirements
- *Proven experience in property videography
- Confident in filming and editing social-first content to a high standard
- Own filming equipment, including:
- High-quality camera
- Gimbal
- Microphones
- Drone
- Property videography lenses
- Full, clean driving licence and ability to travel between offices in Surrey
- Valid drone licence or relevant certification
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred but not mandatory)
