About Bold Politics

Bold Politics creates social-first political content that shifts public opinion, encourages nuanced debate and inspires hope. We work with leading voices across politics and public life to produce ambitious digital content that reaches millions of people.

We're looking for a creative and adaptable videographer who can capture compelling, social-first content in a wide range of environments. This is a role for someone with strong technical ability, excellent editorial instincts and the confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with producers, directors and contributors.

Above all, we're looking for someone who takes ownership. You'll be calm under pressure, able to build rapport quickly with contributors, and comfortable filming high-profile individuals in fast-moving and often sensitive environments.

The Role

As Videographer, you'll be responsible for filming high-quality social-first content across the UK. Working closely with the Creative Producer and Executive Producer, you'll help translate creative ideas into engaging films that resonate across digital platforms.

You'll combine strong camera skills with practical problem solving, adapting quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining high production values. You'll understand how to work efficiently with limited time, access and resources, delivering footage that gives editors everything they need to tell compelling stories.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
