What you'll be doing:
- Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for website content (brand videos, product explainers, testimonials, landing page visuals), social media content (short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), internal communications (leadership messages, company updates, culture videos, training content), and marketing campaigns, email, and paid advertising.
- Brand Storytelling: Work with the Design Studio and marketing teams to develop concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Pre-Production: Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and planning shoots to ensure smooth execution.
- Post-Production: Edit videos with attention to pacing, branding, and audience engagement; add motion graphics, captions, and sound design.
- Social Media Optimization: Format and adapt videos for different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with designers and content creators to ensure visual consistency across all marketing and internal assets.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with video marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in videography & animation, ideally within a marketing or creative team.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and video content strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A portfolio showcasing marketing and internal communications video work.
