About M3 Media

At M3 Media, we partner with luxury, lifestyle, and sport brands to create bold, high-impact campaigns that cut through the noise. Our clients include world-class names in horse racing, equestrian, and premium consumer brands - and we're growing fast.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Videographer & Editor to join our creative team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and varied: one day you might be filming at the races, the next producing a brand film for a global client. You will be part of a collaborative in-house team that thrives on creativity, quality, and innovation.

As Videographer & Editor, you'll take ownership of video production from filming through to edit - working closely with Account Managers, and the Creative Team to deliver content that meets client goals. You'll need to be confident behind the camera, creative in the edit suite, and capable of producing campaign-ready content that stands out.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
