Position:

About Us

First Fence is an industry leader, and we are on a mission to firmly establish ourselves as the UKโ€™s number one fencing company. This is an incredibly exciting time to join us; we are launching a brand-new internal content department, making this role a true blank canvas for an experienced visual storyteller. We supply fencing to some of the most exciting, high-profile projects and locations across the UKโ€”places our static teams canโ€™t always reach. Thatโ€™s where you come in.

The Role

We are seeking a talented Videographer & Content Creator with a strong mix of video/photography field skills and editing skills.

You will be responsible for end-to-end photography and video production to power our digital channels.

This role gives you the best of both worlds: you will hit the road to capture high-quality project builds across the UK, and when you are based in our Swadlincote office, you will focus on high-standard product video/photography editing and sharing these to our Social Media channels, website, YouTube etc, while strictly maintaining our established Brand Guidelines.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Photography & Videography: When not travelling to events, Product builds etc, youโ€™ll attend the office/work from home, creating high quality videos and photos that will be used across our website, Social Media & more.
  • On-the-Go Field Production: Travel nationwide to active sites including depots, suppliers and customers to photograph high-profile installations, and film engaging live-action content. Interview customers to provide video content for case studies.
  • Social Media Optimisation & Posting: Take ownership of scheduling and publishing finalised assets directly to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram (including reels), TikTok and YouTube.
  • Upholding Brand Guidelines: Ensure all visual assets, video edits, colour grading, graphics, and tones perfectly align with the First Fence brand guidelines.
  • High-Standard Video Editing: Edit raw footage into highly engaging long-form YouTube videos, alongside snappy, high-impact short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
  • Copywriting Support: Assist the digital pipeline by writing compelling social media captions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
