As Videographer and Digital Content Producer
You’ll not only own the posting of social media content but also the creation of it including sourcing contributors, shooting content and editing. Not afraid to be either side of the camera, if required. You’ll be a creative thinker and thrive on the freedom of your own ideas building a personality and tone from the ground up.
You’ll join a fast-growing events and media business at a pivotal time, as they invest heavily in a new UK event for business professionals. You’ll be the person turning ideas, conversations and behind-the-scenes access into engaging digital content across LinkedIn, email, video and web, driving audience growth, ticket sales, partnerships and brand awareness.
About You:
- Experienced filming, editing and producing video content independently, and happy both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
- A natural storyteller with excellent communication skills, confident producing content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Comfortable engaging senior executives, founders and industry leaders to uncover and tell their stories.
- Outgoing, personable and naturally curious, with the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Highly organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple content projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Passionate about creating content people want to consume and share.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating engaging content across LinkedIn, email, the website and other digital channels to build awareness, credibility and audience engagement for a major new UK event.
- Planning, filming, editing and publishing video content, including interviews, stories and behind-the-scenes in both long-form and short-form formats.
- Identifying stories, trends and opportunities that support the event’s positioning and commercial objectives, then turning them into compelling campaigns.
- Managing the event’s LinkedIn presence, posting regular content and engaging with relevant communities, groups and stakeholders.
- Ensuring the brand is represented consistently and professionally across all content and audience touchpoints before, during and after each event.
- Working closely with the Marketing, Sales and Partnerships teams to create content that supports ticket sales, sponsorships and wider stakeholder engagement.
Where You’ll Be Based:
Based in modern offices on the outskirts of Leeds and with regular local travel required a car and licence is essential for this Digital Content Producer role. Living within the Leeds and surrounding region is also essential as this is a predominantly office-based role. The office is easily commutable from York, Wetherby, Wakefield and most of Leeds for those with a car.

How You’ll Be Rewarded:
- A base salary in the £35,000 - £40,000 range, 25 days holiday (+ bank hols) and bonus are all part of the package.
