What You’ll Do
- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality, social-first video content designed to perform across paid and organic channels.
- Collaborate with the in-house production team to maximise each shoot, capturing content that can be repurposed and tested across multiple formats and placements.
- Deliver performance-ready edits including:
- Colour grading
- Sound design
- Captioning
- Basic motion graphics
- Create multiple cut-downs, hooks and variations optimised for different platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
- Translate complex or sensitive healthcare topics into clear, engaging and human visual stories.
- Work closely with creative, marketing and growth teams to develop video aligned with campaign goals and performance insights.
- Organise and manage video assets to ensure footage, edits and project files remain accessible for future testing and iteration.
- Contribute new creative ideas and stay up to date with evolving video, social, and paid media trends.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
