Videographer & Editor (Social First)

The Opportunity

Voy is looking for a talented and creatively driven Videographer & Video Editor to join our in-house team. Video sits at the heart of how we communicate our brand, explain complex healthcare topics and drive growth across paid and organic channels. This role will be central to producing high-impact, social-first video that connects with audiences and drives action.

You’ll work closely with our in-house production, creative and growth teams to bring Voy’s mission and medical expertise to life through compelling visual storytelling. From shooting and lighting to editing and delivering multiple performance-ready versions, you’ll play a key role in turning insights into video content that stops thumbs, builds trust and helps more people access better healthcare.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, shoot and edit high-quality, social-first video content designed to perform across paid and organic channels.
  • Collaborate with the in-house production team to maximise each shoot, capturing content that can be repurposed and tested across multiple formats and placements.
  • Deliver performance-ready edits including colour grading, sound design, captioning and basic motion graphics.
  • Create multiple cut-downs, hooks and variations optimised for different platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Translate complex or sensitive healthcare topics into clear, engaging and human visual stories.
  • Work closely with creative, marketing and growth teams to develop video aligned with campaign goals and performance insights.
  • Organise and manage video assets to ensure footage, edits and project files remain accessible for future testing and iteration.
  • Contribute new creative ideas and stay up to date with evolving video, social and paid media trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help.

Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we're on a mission to prove there's a better way.

In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way).

Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?
