We’re looking for a Videographer / Photographer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of web development and digital marketing, creating high-quality visual content for a wide range of UK and global clients.
You’ll be responsible for capturing and producing compelling photo and video content that brings brands to life across high-performing websites and campaigns. From planning and shooting to editing and delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our clients are seen online.
This role offers a great mix of creativity and strategy, giving you the chance to work across varied industries while contributing to both client projects and our own marketing initiatives.
You’ll have a strong creative eye, a passion for storytelling, and the technical skills to produce polished, engaging content. Working closely with our designers, developers, and marketing specialists, you’ll help turn ideas into impactful visual assets that drive results.
At Discovery Design, you’ll be part of a growing digital agency using cutting-edge tools, data, and creative thinking to deliver standout work. We provide everything you need, such as a Mac, camera kit, drone, and gimbal, so you can focus on producing your best work.

Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for client websites, campaigns, and internal marketing
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and visual direction
- Capture content on location and in studio environments, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment
- Edit and deliver content optimised for web performance and digital campaigns
- Manage and organise media assets efficiently, maintaining clear file structures and libraries
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in videography, photography, and digital content production
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Work closely with clients where required to bring their vision to life
Requirements
- 2+ years’ professional experience in videography and/or photography (agency or in-house preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photo and video work across different styles and industries
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom
- Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques
- Experience producing content specifically for websites and digital campaigns
- Strong editing skills with attention to detail and storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice To Have
- Experience with motion graphics or animation (e.g. After Effects)
- Experience capturing and editing drone footage
