Videographer – Organic Social Content
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) Competitive Bass Package: Around £60,000 – £70,000 p/a
We’re seeking an experienced Videographer specialising in organic social content with expertise in crafting high-quality, platform-optimised video material for digital channels. This role demands a strong ability to capture attention, tell visual stories, and collaborate with a range of contributors—from influencers to everyday individuals—while ensuring content resonates with audiences on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
You’ll oversee the entire production pipeline, balancing speed and excellence to deliver timely, platform-smart content aligned with both planned campaigns and trending topics. Efficiency is key, but quality must never be compromised—your output will shape how teammates engage with social-native video experiences.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end video production
- Direct from script to delivery, covering filming, editing, sound mixing, and visual finishing.
- Adapt storytelling to Suit short-form and long-form formats, maximising engagement across organic channels.
- Film in real-world environments, ensuring dynamic, authentic footage (sometimes with non-professional talent).
Collaboration & talent management
- Work closely with influencers, brands, and public contributors, helping them perform naturally on camera.
- Build rapport to create authentic, approachable content—a common challenge working with non-professional or “first-time” talent.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
