You'll capture compelling footage on location, direct talent during filming, and transform scripts into impactful creative that connects with audiences.

You'll work closely with copywriters, designers, marketers and channel teams to produce platform-native content across YouTube, Meta and TikTok, adapting creative for each channel whilst maintaining a consistent brand experience. You'll combine strong technical expertise with creative storytelling to produce work that is both visually engaging and performance focused.

This a Hybrid, London based role (40% in the office) reporting to the Head of Creative and Content - please note this role is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

  • Direction & Storytelling: Bring creative concepts and scripts to life by directing shoots, coaching contributors and talent on camera, and capturing footage that delivers the intended message with impact.
  • Platform-first Content: Create content specifically designed for YouTube, Meta, TikTok and emerging social platforms. Understand the nuances of each platform and adapt creative, pacing, formats and storytelling accordingly.
  • Editing & Post Production: Edit footage into compelling, engaging content using professional editing techniques. Add motion graphics, voiceovers, music, sound design, colour grading and visual effects to maximise creative impact.
  • Technical Production: Maintain production standards across every project, ensuring lighting, framing, audio quality, aspect ratios, colour, grading, graphics and final exports meet both creative and technical requirements.
  • Location Filming: Travel to offices, events and external locations to capture original content, managing equipment and ensuring shoots run smoothly.
  • AI Native: Use AI-powered tools to support editing workflows, ideation, transcription, captioning and production efficiency while maintaining creative quality and authenticity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
