Role Description
This role involves capturing high-quality video and photo content during 90-minute youth football matches in London. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for sports media, ensuring that all key moments of the game are documented. The position is on-site only, requiring reliable attendance at scheduled matches within the London area. Deliverables
- Capture both video and still photography throughout the duration of each youth football game (90 minutes per match)
- Ensure all significant moments, player actions, and highlights are recorded with clarity and creativity
- Organize and deliver raw footage and images promptly after each event
- Maintain equipment and ensure readiness for each assignment
- Collaborate with event organizers to understand specific content needs for each game

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in video and photo capture, preferably in sports or live events
- Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and video equipment
- Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and action photography
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on-site
- Must be based in London and available for in-person attendance; remote work is not possible
- Reliable transportation to various game locations within London
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend or evening matches
