Property Lettings Viewing Agent – Edinburgh

About the Role

We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Lettings Viewing Agent in a permanent contract, based in our Edinburgh city centre office at 10 Sunnyside.

Key Details

  • Work location: Edinburgh (10 Sunnyside)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
  • Salary: £23,500pa
  • Perks: Use of a company pool car with your own vehicle

Responsibilities

As a Property Lettings Viewing Agent, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting viewings in a professional yet engaging manner
  • Providing accurate and detailed information about listed properties to potential tenants
  • Addressing enquiries and answering questions or concerns from applicants
  • Maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach throughout the viewing process
  • Ensuring properties are presented in the best possible condition before viewings
  • Reporting feedback and relevant information back to the landlord
  • Negotiating tenancy offers
  • Liaising with landlords post-viewing to finalise agreements
  • Generating regular marketing updates

Requirements

We're seeking motivated individuals with the following qualities:

Must-haves

  • A valid driver’s license and access to your own car (transportation is essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A well-presented, professional appearance
  • Precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate information delivery
  • A legal right to work in the UK

Nice-to-haves (but not essential)

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
