Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Vigilance Assessment Support on a Contract role in Remote / EMEA and APAC (South Africa, Egypt, China, Japan, UK, EU)

Job Summary:

To provide dedicated vigilance assessment support for EMEA and APAC complaint records to ensure timely, accurate identification and documentation of reportable events in line with regional EMEA and APAC regulatory requirements.

Minimum 5 years’ experience

The resource will review complaint records, apply EMEA and APAC vigilance decision trees, determine reportability, and complete end-to-end vigilance assessments within ETQ.

This includes documentation, draft report generation, workflow routing, and support for submission-ready outputs aligned to regional requirements.

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate issues in a succinct and logical manner. Strong listening skills.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
