About the Role & Company
Belong is an innovative not-for-profit provider of person-centred care for older people, specialising in dementia support. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Warrington as we expand and grow.
By working across our village with a warm and friendly team, you will deliver excellent personal care to residents, enabling them to live more independently. As a Village Community Nurse, you’ll support residents with night-time clinical needs under the guidance of the Village Nurse Manager.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll carry out a range of duties, including:
- Overseeing and monitoring the health needs of household customers, acting appropriately
- Medication management
- Maintaining written documentation (risk assessments, life plans)
- Supporting the team with personal care
- Contributing to clinical governance data and meetings
- Completing relevant nursing audits
- Providing holistic End-of-Life Care
